3. Payments

• All projects require an upfront deposit before work begins.
• Remaining payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
• Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover initial planning and reserved production time.
• Work will only begin once payment is confirmed.
• Final designs and files will be delivered after full payment is received.

4. Revisions

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Projects include a limited number of revisions (typically 2–3 rounds).
• Additional revisions or major scope changes may incur extra charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project details, content, and communication
• Respond within reasonable timeframes
• Supply necessary text, photos, and brand materials (if applicable)

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete inputs.

6. Delivery of Work

• Preliminary drafts are sent digitally for review.
• Final deliverables are provided in standard industry formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, SVG, or as agreed).
• Website projects include migration and setup unless otherwise specified.

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party hosting, domain providers, or platforms beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

Before Full Payment

All drafts, concepts, and materials remain the property of DesignVerse Creative.

After Full Payment

Completed and approved final deliverables become the client’s property.

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of creative work:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Payments made after project start are non-refundable

Refunds may only be issued if no work has begun.

9. Limitation of Liability

DesignVerse Creative is not responsible for:

• Losses or damages caused by the use or inability to use our services
• Business losses, data loss, or indirect damages
• Delays caused by third parties, technical issues, or incorrect information provided by the client

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the project.

10. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may use third-party services such as fonts, plugins, stock images, hosting, or integrations.
We are not responsible for their performance, policies, or availability.

Any required licenses for fonts, photos, or premium tools may be the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

11. Website Usage

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or misuse website content
• Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt our website
• Use our website in unlawful ways

Violations may result in restricted access or legal action.

12. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any material or information shared for project purposes will remain confidential and used only to complete the project.

13. Termination

We may refuse or terminate a project if:

• Payments are not made
• Communication is abusive or unprofessional
• The project is outside our scope

In such cases, payments already made are non-refundable.

14. Changes to Terms
