At DesignVerse Creative, we aim to provide high-quality creative, branding, and web design services. Because every project we deliver is custom-made and requires dedicated time, planning, and creative development, our refund rules must be clear and transparent.
By working with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Non-Refundable Deposit
All projects require an upfront deposit to secure your booking and begin work.
This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it covers:
- Initial planning and research
- Creative brainstorming
- Reserving design and development time
- Early project preparation
2. Payments After Project Begins
Once work has started, all payments made are non-refundable, even if:
- You decide to cancel the project
- You change direction mid-project
- You no longer need the deliverables
Significant time, resources, and creative effort go into every stage.
3. Refund Eligibility (Very Limited)
Refunds may only be considered if:
- No work has started at all, and
- No material has been created, researched, or planned
If ANY draft, sketch, design, concept, or development task has been initiated, refunds will not be issued.
4. Project Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a project:
- You must notify us in writing
- Deposit and all payments made are non-refundable
- No further work will be delivered after cancellation
5. Revision Policy (Not Refund-Based)
Revisions are included according to the project agreement.
Revisions do not qualify for refunds.
If additional revisions or changes are requested beyond the agreed scope, extra charges may apply.
6. Non-Delivery Due to Client Delay
Refunds cannot be issued if the project is delayed or paused because:
- The client did not provide required content
- The client stopped responding
- The client failed to give approvals needed to continue
If a client becomes inactive for 14+ days, the project may be placed on hold.
If inactivity continues beyond 30 days, the project may be closed with no refunds.
7. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee professional, high-quality creative work that aligns with the project brief.
However, subjective dissatisfaction does not qualify for refunds.
Our responsibility is to follow the agreed project scope and revision limits.
8. Final Deliverables
Final files are only released after full payment is received.
Once delivered, no refunds can be issued.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
